I have (4) 1969 Topps basketball cards I would like to get graded. I have a couple of questions first, how do I determine if they meet the under $100 threshold. I have a very nice Wilt Chamberlain #1 and a checklist card #99 (that has been lightly checked) on several boxes. I think the Wilt will grade out a 7, but not sure of the checklist. Is the $100 figure just for insurance purpose or just to limit the type of cards that can be subbed?

It's for insurance purposes, but they need to be in the ballpark of the value limitation. Since a PSA 7 Chamberlain just sold on Ebay for $108, I'd say that's in the ballpark. PM me if you'd like to get in in on the sub.
