Registry question....please help!!!!

Will PSA allow you to add PSA authentic graded cards to your set registry? If so does it make a difference if the card is graded PSA authentic altered?? Thanks for the help

    My Killebrew rookie card came back authentic altered (looked like a sure fire 9), I was able to add it to my set as a 1.imageimage

    Authentic is equal to a PSA 1 in your registry set.
