NGC Coin Grade "Deleted"?

I looked up a graded coin by NGC to verify its authenticity and the date and info came up correctly but there were no images and the grade was said to have been deleted. What does this mean? Is this a red flag of some sort not to buy the coin? Thank you!

I would call NGC and ask. There's reason to be suspicious.
