Question about free grading when achieving 90% set registry

I have the submission form from PSA for a free grading. 90% complete set registry.

But I can only send one card and it's value is probably $10.

Do I really have to pay $17.50 for return postage and insurance?

It would be cheaper to include it in a bulk sub and pay the $5.50. Then the shipping is spread across a bunch of cards.

Does not seem like a good deal at all.

It's not a good deal at all unless the card is of extremely high value, or you have a bunch of 90% sets you request at the same time. Shipping kills it.

I waited until I had 19 free subs before I asked for the voucher.

I guess I will wait. I have a few at 100%. I may get voucher for those and try to upgrade.

    Thanks
