Anyone used Turboscan for cardboard purposes?

Wondering if anyone has used this app to "scan" and upload cards or if this is even plausible. No scanner at home but if there's a way to post scan-quality images from the ol' iPhone, I'd be all in. Has great reviews except one neg said it wouldn't scan color, but this was the only one I saw mention this so I assume the guy just couldn't figure it out. Thanks.

Thanks, jimrad. Call me stupid but I saw that you could scan color business cards so I wasn't sure if the app saying it was for docs precluded it from being used effectively on something like a trading card. However sight unseen I would trust your/others' intuition over mine.
