Why did PSA remove the Yellow HOF Postcards from the Player Master Sets??

I believe this happened sometime last year, but does anyone know why?

Couple of things came to mind. These were issued long after player had retired, and they don't actually picture the player. I wasn't aware that they were ever included in the Master Set.

There are a few plaque postcards that could be included in Master Sets, as they were released the year after retirement. Offhand, Roberto Clemente (5-year rule waived to induct him the year after his death) and Casey Stengel and Tom Lasorda (elected to the HOF the year after their retirements as managers) would qualify. Otherwise, all the plaque postcards were issued more than a year after retirement.
