Why wouldn't something like this have more value?

I don't know much about such items, but a buy-it-now of $85 seems pretty low.

  • 16 MM film is not hard to obtain. Besides not many people have the projectors, so not many people are in the market to purchase.

    That is the reason in a nut shell.

    They're highlight films (not entire games), if you didn't realize.

    that's overpriced IMO.....

    it's value nowadays is simply as a display item....

    i would estimate the real value at less than half of it's BIN

    As a Brooklyn fan - I've seen these come up pretty often - and I agree they're not all that scarce and one can pick one up in better condition for less money.

    Here's one for 69 bucks and in way better shape:

    I will say tho - that one from 1955 will be of more value to the collector.

    I agree - that it's value may just be in "display?"

    I love these old world series programs, all-star game memorbilia and even team score cards, etc from the 40's-60's.
