This sub was huge in helping push my set registry even higher at the number one spot and now I am knocking at the door to having a GPA at 6. The finest set possible for this set is 6.9 after 478 cards have been graded so I am not too far behind in the best possible set. The Lou Thesz is the only one graded for a Lucky Premium Back and only one with a biography back is higher and I have that one too. Just like a lot of vintage sets, card number one is really tough. Very pleased with that. I had one pop an 8 which is incredible for this issue.

Explain what the difference is with the luck premium back please.

I'll post some scans. There are 478 cards graded from this series now and there are only 16 PSA 8s and 1 PSA 9 and 0 PSA 10s. That goes to show how hard this set truly is. Centering is a major issue as well as printer's marks from the factory on t he front of the card, many have wax on them. I have never seen an unopened pack or even a wrapper on these. I have no idea on how many were produced. It doesn't seem like there were a lot of them.

This was also the first major wrestling set from North America and has rookies of Lou Thesz, Gorgeous George, Killer Kowalski, Verne Gagne, Little Beaver, etc.

Here is an example of a premium back. You would send in the trading card and $3.75 in exchange for a flash camera. The Parkhurst company was based out of Canada and more of a regional release. After a long time of wanting to just collect the biography back cards from this set as I like to read about the wrestlers, I've decided to go after a Master Set as about half of the Premium Back cards have not been graded. I'm under the assumption that each individual card has a premium back but I am not 100% positive. The reason why I am so excited about the Lou Thesz in just a PSA 5 is that there is only one graded and one biography back card graded higher. Who knows how many of these cards were sent in for the prize. Sorry for my scanner cutting off the edges for this Bobo Brazil rookie card.
