It'll be available on the 16th. The uncirculated silver dollars will have an introductory price of $44.95 each and then a regular price of $49.95. The proof $1s will have an introductory price of $49.95 and then a regular price of $54.95.

While I enjoy certain US mint offerings, it's crap like this that reminds me not to get too carried away and buy one of everything they make . That coin is easily one of the least inspired designs that they've offered in some time and that's saying something...

How many signatures would we need to collect to force the mint to consult with Mr. Carr on all designs ?
