Have you tried the registry forum? It looks like people do actively respond over there. They might be of a bit more help (I know nothing of the registry)
Bobby, in case you're asking about the deadline to add a card that isn't already part of the set composite to be considered for the award, that deadline is also 5/31 (or at least it was last year).
Here is the info from last year's reminder email from BJ on 5/2/11:
If you find you cannot add an item to a set even though there is a line item for it, please send in the request for us to add the spec number for this item using the form called "Report a cert that should match this composite" which is linked from your set in MY SETS in MY SET REGISTRY. Please make sure the request is sent in prior to the deadline. WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST BY 5 PM EST (2 PM PST) ON TUESDAY, MAY 31ST IN ORDER FOR THE CARD TO QUALIFY.

That too was for cards already part of the composite... I believe the deadline for cards not already part of the composite is May 1 (unless there was actually an exception last year). This is from the Set Requests info... "Card requests submitted before May 1st every year will be added to the set before the awards deadline. Cards submitted during May will be added after the awards deadline."

That's correct...I should've looked back a little further. Thanks for the correction!
