are nice Buffalo Proofs hard to get from Mint?

I just received 3 buffalo proofs from the Mint, and not a single coin is worth keeping. Each had "issues" in the field. Not sure if this is because of the fact that the fields are not flat, or something else, but all three are going back for exchange. Hope the next batch is better . . .

the Population numbers seem to support this, but by a small factor that would expect

I assume they will credit my CCard, then charge it again, and I certainly hope it's for the same price I originall purchased them 2 weeks ago.
