MS-State Quarter Registry set question?

in PCGS Set Registry Forum
Why are the #1 set and #2 set not reversed? Weighing or not, it seems like set #2 is FAR superior to set #1. Maybe I just don't see it?

    I guess its a mistake. #2 is a much better set.

    Heck, 3,4,5,6,7,8,&9 are better.

    in the proof section, the number 3 set is missing and im bumped to 4th..

    I am responsible!

    The set that was mistakenly at the top for a few hours is mine.

    I sent a number of changes at different times in the same day and CONFUSED their computer to the point that it put me at the top for the only time that you are likely to see it there!! AHHH, it was nice while it lasted.
