If you bid on a legitimate eBay listing with red flags and dot all of your i-s and cross your Ts with both eBay and PP, will either make you whole if the deal goes sour?

The item is mis-listed for what it is and is at $60 BIN which is PCGS price guide. The lister has decent feedback. I did contact him with regard to the error.
