I get $13 more back from the federal than I owe to the state. There's a '70 Topps Earl Weaver PSA 8 I've got my eye on; fingers crossed that it's still available when the return posts to my checking account!!

That's okay, you want to be as close to $0.00 as possible when tax time comes. You don't want to owe, and you don't want a huge return because that means someone else was making interest on YOUR money for the whole year.
