Thoughts on ISA grading company

Just wondered if anybody has had any experience with this grading company. I don't expect cards to be graded at the same scale as PSA or SGC for that matter but i just want to know if anybody has purchased cards (more so vintage) and have broken out or sent in for cross overs. Want to make a couple of transactions without e-bay but i don't know how they are for grading trimmed cards, fakes etc...
Any positives or negatives would be appreciated.

I would stay away. The cards sell at a discount for a reason.

I've seen too many of their graded cards with 40/40 centering to trust anything from them

I've cracked 2 or 3 that graded the same, cracked 2 that graded 2 grades lower and cracked 2 that were trimmed. Never tried to cross.

I've cracked out 2 older football cards that were ISA 9's, and they both came back as PSA 8's. I cracked one out again and resubbed to PSA and it still came back an 8. I was hoping it would bump to a PSA 9 because it would have been a substantial jump in money.

Well, when they're selling their own cards; that should tell you something as well.

Most of the big cards in 10s have a lot of room in that black insert.

I am a little late in replying to the thread, but I had to. They are awful. I bought 2 cards at two different times with the intention of crossing them over. The cards are so bad it's not even worth it. Both were 10's and I seriously doubt they would get an 8.

Thanks guys. I bought a cheap card to see for myself to see what to expect. Planing to sub to PSA cracked out to see what happens.
