My first NPB need advice.

Sold a $15.00 card two weeks ago.
Sent an email reminder after 7 days, no response. Again at 10 days, no response. Finally sent last chance email today. Is it possible to just cancel the deal altogether?
I am not worried about the fees, but would not like to end up with my first negative on a $15.00 problem. I have seen threads where a seller files a claim and the buyer finally pays and then leaves a negative. Don't want this to happen if it is avoidable. Would rather move on with as little drama as possible.
Suggestions?
Thanks guys!
Joe

Thanks for the info pato1516, I'll check it out.
Looking at buyers feedback, seems he is completing other transactions.

Can't imagine why a person can't take the time to answer emails.

<< <i>I don't believe they can leave a neg on a npb claim you win >>
Correct.

<< <i>Let me get this straight. If you file a NPB and buyer pays, but is mad about it, he/she can then leave a negative on the now completed transaction?
Joe >>
Spot on.
The only way they can't leave FB is if they do not respond.
At least that's the way it was.
