That is one ugly signature. Looks like that shapie was worn down when it was signed. And $7500, no thanks. Id rather have a ball signed and pay way less.
Sharpie's were introduced in 1964, and Clemente died December 31, 1972. Although it is possible that he signed with a Sharpie, when did Sharpie's become the standard for autographs? I don't believe that it was during this time period.
