Question re. tightness of 1982 cello packs

I think I remember 1982 Topps cello packs being wrapped really tightly, like a brick with no give at all.
I just purchased an 82 cello through eBay. The seal seems completely fine but there is some looseness to the pack. Is this cause for concern? The pack was just a few bucks so there shouldn't be incentive for foul play.

Starting in 1980, Topps started using the thinner cello which fit loosely around the cards as well as the heavier cello which were wrapped around the cards tightly like a brick. This was also the case in 1981 and 1982. I believe from 1983 forward, they used the thinner looser cello. I'm sure Tim, Jose, or some of the other unopened pack collectors can chime in too.
