Is something wrong with USPS Delivery Confimation?

Trying to track to two seperate shipments coming to the house and keep getting this message

Keep getting these messages on two items.......

Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office.

The Post Office just has not felt like scanning the bar code.

Heck, I've actually received items before they ever showed up on the on-line delivery tracker

I just tracked a package I received the other day and it worked fine.

Then I changed the last digit to something else and got same message as you. Maybe the tracking #s you were supplied are wrong? If the labels were done online, the tracking would be automatically uploaded to ebay or paypal. If they were done at the PO by hand, then maybe Yankees001 is right and just didn't bother to scan it but I did one in person at the PO last week and they scanned it on the spot cause my receipt has the tracking # right on it.

I'm leaning towards the #s they gave you are off by a digit due to dyslexia or something. I've been doing great with predictions today so far too.

Thanks zep...... One of the sellers is a board member here. I will check again and see if he may have missed a number but i highly doubt he did. Anyhow thanks to those that responded and I will keep checking.
