Need some advice -- what to do with cards

Background - gonna be moving again. And, its likely I will be moving again within 24 months.
I am looking my basement at the boxes of cards from the last move, and frankly am a bit overwhelmed about what to do. I have a couple hundred thousand cards in the basement (estimating). These are not my slabs and top raw cards, but rest...priamrily the inserts and the 3200 and 5000 count boxes I put away in the late 80's and 90's while I was working in a card shop. Its been a few years since I went through them for rookies. Havent gone trolling for rare top grade commons or anything like that. The majority of the cards range from 1974-1994.
Here are the options as I see it, in no particular order:
a) Just keep moving the cards. This has worked, but it gets costly and the relocation with this job wont insure the cards in the move. I will drive my best cards, but still - would hate to see the moving company manhandle them like they do with the rest of my goods. I guess I would simply keep them in the moving boxes through the next move.
b) Sell them. Im a bit of a hoarder and since doing card shows in the 80's - havent been one to sell off my stuff. I could get over the emotion of selling them - but wouldnt really know where to start. Id love to tell you everything is perfectly organized - but I did some recon this morning and was reminded that I didnt sort them as well as I would like. Boxes of late 70's commons were all in penny sleeves (I impressed myself), but the next 5000 ct box I opened was a mix of Donruss Studio and Fleer Ultra Baseball and then Parkhurst hockey. Not sure How I would break it up. I do have certain HOF players pulled separately with all of their cards in hard plastic card holders..but still, ugh.
c) Get a storage unit. After watching storage wars, this sounds dumb - but I am gonna be on the move, and the idea of letting the cards be stable has some appeal. I am guessing I could ensure them and get a climate controlled space somewhere.
d) Other ideas?
hope you guys dont mind me making a random thread like this - just unsure on what to do and looking for some ideas. Im guessing someone else has faced similar questions.
Thanks,
Jesse
