February Specials??? PSA Memebership question

I have a few questions.
First I have seen it posted but is it official with the February specials this month??? Does someone have a link to the specials for this month???
I recently bought for the first time a psa memebership and was wondering if I have to send these 2 submissions in sperately. One is I have the 6 free grades and another is a bulk submission I have to send in. So my question is do I have to send them in seperately???

You do not have to send them in seperately... but you do have to send them in as seperate orders... and pay return postage on them as seperate orders... but you can send them to PSA in one package, but you'll get two back!

Whats so special about those specials?

At least for me they don't seem so special.
