Question re 2012 Topps

I was thinking I might put together a set from packs this year-something I have not done in 20+ years. I was looking on Ebay, and was amazed at the number of buying options. Where can I go to learn the difference in the various types of boxes? Any suggestions are welcome.

    Honestly a lot of the guys selling on ebay will have the breakdown of what the box is, what is included in it etc.

    Try Dave and Adam's Card World. They should have a few different box options, and usually have a detailed description.

    A jumbo box will give you more base cards and more hits compared to a hobby box. The hobby box will put out more inserts though. It depends on if you want to make a base set or a master set.
