Smorgasbord – What’s on your Super Bowl menu?

Wings on the grill, baby back ribs in the smoker, and lots of party tray finger foods - I still need to pick up some Sam Adams - as I'll be rooting for the Pats!!

Set the DVR. Start watching about 1 1/2 hrs after kickoff. Fast forward through the commercials and halftime. Eat whatever the other half wants.

My "Grandma's smoked sausage appetizer recepie" to start, with some Boston Baked Beans. Put out Cape Cod chips and CC BBQ flavor chips. Sourdough pretzels, the tri-flavor popcorn tin, M&Ms, smoked goudah cheese and salamis. Then for the game, order some good luck Chinese of course with a pu-pu platter. IBC cream sodees and root beer. Some Mike's, Samuel Adams Octoberfest (saved from the fall for the SB), SA lager and Boston Ale. Then celebrate the Patriots Championship with a glass of Johnny Walker Blue Label.
  • A blended scotch for a victory drink? NOOO! That requires a single malt at least 21 years old. At least your using the king of blended, blue label is good
