Is There a Way to View an Ebay Buyer's Non-Payment History or Record?

In the past few days I have received several "best offers" to BIN raw / modern / sports card auctions that I have set for "auto accept" for final price thresholds I was conformable with. Of course, 4 out of the 5 of these purchases have yet to be paid after 7 days. Within moments for 3 out of the 5 "sold items," I received ebay msgs from the buyers with wild claims like, "I was trying to show my dad how OBO worked and I didn't know I was going have to buy the card" or "I didn't think you would have auto accept set for that low of price" or my favorite, "I was just testing the best offer option out." Apparently these are common excuses for non-payment; I am seeing them for the 1st time.

Anyway, I want to know if there is a function on Ebay (not a 3rd party site I have to pay for) that enables me as the seller to see if a buyer has failed to pay other auctions....like # of times or a % of times? I tried playing around on Ebay and only could get the BS feedback ratings.

Question: is there a functionality on Ebay for a seller to see if a buyer has a history of non-payment? If so, where do I need to go to find it? This would enable me to better assess whether or not I am being jacked around.

And no, "Black Italian" (or his aliases) is not one of the buyers.

That would make sense to have sellers see the history of buyers, so of course Ebay does not have that. What you can do if you are selling items using BIN, you can set it so that the buyer has to pay immediately or the sale will not go through.
