    Question I have been very lucky over the years with poppage. Some would say too lucky. I delivered my cards to PSA at the White Plains show on Jan 20. They showed up as processing on Jan 26. Any ideas how long poppage is taking these days. Appreciate the insight. I have been lucky throught the years with 5-10 day poppage. Sounds like PSA is backed up these days.

    By the way

    I like the board and I am staying regardless of the stuff. Just ignore it take what you can. It is like cable tv you can always change the channel or just not turn it on.

    It had been a while since I last submitted (mid last year), so I don't have a lot of recent history. However, I did recently submit my 6 free grading submission plus 288 cards under the January special. They were logged in Jan 10 and neither has popped yet. The CC submission is long overdue now. I also submitted my unopened pack collection and I'm not expecting to see them back for many months. I agree with others that it would be best if PSA went without a special one month to allow them to catch up on their backlog and reduce lead times.

    In the past two years, I have been lucky as well with most of my CC specials popping within 5-10 business days. The lone exception was last spring when an order took two months.

    I currently have a January CC special that was logged on the 20th. It sounds like it might be a while before it gets graded.

    Thanks everyone. These things go in cycles. Here is to everyone getting them fast. We spend hours agonizing thinking will they ding this PSA 9 (or at least) we think it is for the most minor blemish.

    I'm a small fish Blee so not sure. I feel for you, that's just not right on your order. Friend of friend gets 45 day deals consistently in 10-15 days. Not sure if it is politics, "frequent flyer miles" or just luck when it comes to these turnaround times.

    Just got off with not the friendliest customer service person at PSA. Didn't even get to the submission number - Question was "How long has it been taking for things to pop. well sir, we have been using the entire time period allowed for things to Pop". Ouch just so you know. Looks like 45 business days.
