I got some poppage.

I thought the Gordon card was an easy 9. The Brett rookie I bought raw on ebay for $79. The 77 Bench was part of the group rip. The other Bretts are for my basic registry set.

Nice luck on the Brett rookie. You'll have to resub the Gordon at a later date.

Best of luck with the collection!

Very nice. So you got a decent deal on the rookie card ... worth about $125.00 now.

I'm a little confused by line 9. It says George Brett at age 35. Will it say that on the flip? I know its the card I need for the registry, but I don't remember it saying his age on the front of the card. Oh well, glad it got a 10image

Darin, Nice job on the sub. Great pickup on the Brett raw card above. I just picked up my first 75 Topps Mini grade card ever. Its a PSA 8 Brett RC. I am so excited to actually get it in hand. I dont know about you, but thats just a classic looking card. Congrats Again, GL on the KC registry sets.

i dont think it will be noted on the flip.

There are two versions, the "error" says "at age 33". your is the corrected and is much scarcer (5 vs 23 PSA 10 errors) then the error

Just an update, got the cards back from PSA today. Looks like they made a mistake. The flip does say, "at age 35", but the back of the card says, "George, still one of the game's top hitters at 33"
So PSA made a mistake on the flip.

That stinks, how could they make that mistake? Are they grading the card with 45 year old eyes?

Bummer on that error... Every sub I've had in the past 3-ish months has had a mechanical error. It's a bit annoying - my cards were all returned within 2 weeks, but still no vouchers for the shipping cost.

Nice job on flipping the raw Brett, though!
