1994 MLB All-Star Game (Pittsburgh) Tickets - Value?

A friend of mine sent me this pic, asking me if these would be worth grading/selling. He said they are sharp and free of flaws, but I'll have to see them in-person first. The splash mark on the ticket on the left is on the outside of the glass.

Any thoughts about value if they grade in the PSA 8 range? I see the SMR says $200, but I'm not sure how true that would be.
