i first got into collecting in 1989 so these have held special meaning to me...getting these cards signed now sounds great!
i know these come up on ebay often and i have gotten a few this way, but i would like to buy in bulk to save on shipping if possible.
'89 topps-- (#1 draft pic) robin ventura, steve avery, mark lewis, jim abbott (future stars) jefferies, alomar, sheffield, (roy) mark grace
'90 topps--(roy) jim abbott, ken griffey
'89 donruss--(rated rookies) jefferies, alomar, sheffied, griffey
these are just off top of my head, i'm sure i need others from these subsets...also collecting '89-91 score #1 draft pick and rookies.
