I'd be happy with just one dedicated thread for ebay spam. That way you'd always just go to the last page or two to see the ebay stuff and it would only take up one thread. I am still of the belief that we should have a maximum bumpage of once every three days for your own FSH. This keeps people from having their stuff buried by people that have had the same crap for sale for a year and just keep bumping it.
Sadly, I think the Ebay spammers wouldn't follow any rules, no matter what they were. Only solution is either a separate forum or else a concerted effort on everyone's part to keep bumping the FSH threads for each other.

I have NO problems with the eBay spam here on the BST. I have been alerted to things that I would not have found otherwise this way. Take away those posts and you will see this board become as dead as the Vintage board.
My favorite part about the Ebay Spam posts is when like (4) people post nice cards and good luck with your auctions and then the poster reply to each one of them bumping the thread again. Then bumps it one more time letting you know the auctions are ending tonight which sometimes get another nice card poster our I'll be bidding poster.

The Vintage b/s/t gets very little use. It would be nice to convert that to an ebay b/s/t, but I doubt PSA would make the change.
We could try to do it in-house by getting the word out. It would take awhile, but I think eventually we could make it happen.
I also agree with hhmag70. I have been alerted to ebay auctions that I probably would have missed if it wasn't for a thread about it on the b/s/t.
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
i myself do not care for the ebay pimping but.......how about you can list your ebay auctions if you first list it for sale here first.....this way buyer/seller can possibly work out a deal.....save some feebay fees and everyone is happy......

Yes I am all for a separate Ebay spam thread.

<< <i>I absolutely despise the ebay spam here. Its not like your not already getting the most exposer on the planet on ebay >>
If that is the case, why is a $500 card at $50 with less than 12 hours to go?
