coinworld question PF or PR???

While looking at an advertisement in the latest coinworld, I noticed two Washington .25's listed for sale. On was listed as PR- and the other was listed as PF-. What is the difference?

There isn't one. PCGS uses PR and NGC uses PF to denote a coin is a proof.

I prefer PF for Proof since PR also means Poor.

what about EF vs XF?

(it must need Xtra Xtremely close Xamination to determine the grade)
