mrhumel56 ( 84) 100.0% Check out his feedback!! He won't answer phone or e-mail. Called eBay and the lady said to open an unpaid item case. She also said to leave a neutral. You cannot just complain on his feedback while leaving a positive! This guy needs to be stopped from bidding and holding up potential sales.

I better put him on my blocked bidder list so he does not be the first one to grab my Ron Hunt rookie. Amazingly it is still available after 10 hours of being listed.

So the eBay rep told you (the seller) to leave a neutral feedback? Did you ask her how?

It's worth the effort. You can have him bid on your items and not pay. I guess the rep didn't know that us sellers have only two choices for feedback, positive or none. Sheesh.

So, I won 2 auctions this morning, paid instantly only to get my money refunded and the items relisted. According to eBay this is allowed. Im on the phone with them right now. I thought eBay was a binding contract? What a freakin joke.

I cant, he sent me a request "both buyer/seller agree to cancel transaction" , I declined the request. Now for some reason I cant leave him feedback. Im soo freakin mad right now.

Here is one of them. Nothing special, but its the point. I have been watching it for a few days, I think he didnt get what he wanted for it and relisted it.

Click the link, hit "view other items", then hit "completed items". You will see I won the exact same auction this morning. Along with the purple refractors he has listed again.

You should still be able to leave feedback if you decline a request to cancel the transaction. I am not sure why you are currently unable to do this.
