1990 Toy R Us Mini Case Card: I believe these to have come on the boxes the boxed set came in?

1990 Cadaco Square: This is an image of a 91 Square but this is what it looks like but a 90 copyright.
1993 Cadaco Square: Another one that has the 93 disc within the square as issued witrh the game.
1993 Cooperstown Dufex and Promo: 2 different cards here. There is not a dufex promo but I need both cards.
