Does the sticker simply mean the coin is solid for just the numerical grade of 66?? Or does the sticker also mean it's solid for the RD color designation as well?? I know CAC doesn't consider the + on a grade... not sure about color designations.

Sicker pertains to color as well. I have first-hand experience as JA told me that although agreeing with the numerical grade he did not sticker one of my "RD" coins because he thought it was now RB.
