I think there is only 1 of those things but about a hundred threads on it over the last couple of years.
Not for me, but I would imagine some folks would think it is cool.

I've seen plenty of those at flea markets and am always shocked that someone would touch or buy a used toilet seat

I bought a new one decades ago. Mine had a Morgan Dollar in the center. My seat is whizzed now.
