Advice Needed-Want to Start New Website for Coins

How does one go about registering a domain name? Is there a place that can design a basic layout that I can modify as needed?
Thanks.
Thanks.

If you can explain what the finished product will look like, you will save yourself a lot of time, money, and aggravation.

Most registrars supply tools with templates for building simple websites.

If you don't want to build it yourself you can find a designer like RichieURich mentioned and having an idea of what you want the finished site to look like will make things easier. Personally, I liked building my own site but it can be time consuming.

godaddy lost a LOT of customers due to their public support of SOPA....
Oh. godaddy is a GIGANTIC pain in the ).) I used them once to host a site for a friend and it was nothing but confusing marketing and nickel and dime BS the whole way. You want to send more than a hundred emails a day? BUY more email credits. You don't see this circus until you sign up and put your card or paypal on file. Confusing packages of services that don't need to be so confusing. They do that on purpose to get more $$ from you. godaddy is a trainwreck of a hosting service IMO. I cannot stress how conveluded godaddy was. I have built dozens of websites and I could not believe how much godaddy tried to rob you of more cash at every turn. They even kept charging my paypal account after I set up the website for a friend who left my paypal address as the payment method for montly "credits" because it was such a purposefully confusing site, they could not find how to change the payment options. They thought they did, changing the email in half a dozen places but did not work. Never...never again.
The best I have used so far is www.arvixe.com. No BS. Choose either windows or linux. Buy the domain and/or get your site hosted for $8 or so dollars a month with unlimited traffic, unlimited storage, and no email credits to buy.
