Does anyone know where I can find this?

By this, I mean the case only - not the coin. It is different than the burnished or proof case. I wan to get one but do know where to start looking.

It should be a gift box from the US Mint. (don't know if they have replaced with a new one though).
I am sure you will find plenty on eBay.
I have a couple but for 1/10 oz Pt and Au.
