I Think this is becoming My Official Longest Sub In Years !!

Morning,

Sub logged in 11/17/11 80 Cards. Yeah Yeah, I know there were a lot of Holidays/PSA closed days, but I just looked back through the last 6-7 pages of subs (Several Years worth) and haven't had any that went past 60 Total (I'm Not counting Business days for this measure) days in any of them, and here we are at about 66/67 days !!

Is today the day ?....................And yes I know I'm in violation here Mr. Scott !!!image

    That sucks...

    So when they say "45 business days"... Is it a guarantee or an estimate?

    Patience man, patience! You're only on business day #43!!!

    All kidding aside... I feel your pain... and I am tired of the pain as well. Over the past 4-6 months, I've only had one sub come in early... and that was poppage on business day #44 on a 45 day sub... all my other subs have hit the business day exactly or were late (my most recent being a 20-day service level that popped on business day #29). In the 2 years prior, I never came close to the estimated days timeline. Currently on business day #34 of a Nov. Special sub (subbed in-person at a show on 11/19, didn't log until 12/2 image)... and in preparation of a complaint if that runs late too, I went back through my sub history, during my first 2 yearly subscriptions I subbed 7 quantity (25-100 mins) specials, with the estimated 45 business day turnaround... the longest of those 7 submissions took only 16 business days!

    This 3rd yearly membership, so far, has left a lot to be desired in terms of overall customer satisfaction and meeting (albeit somewhat unrealistic) expectations that I, personally, became accustomed to!

    'Approxinately 45 days' means it could be 45 days or it could be 365 days. image Having said this, I'm sure PSA has grabbed my pending sub and tossed it in the 365 day bin.

    I had my 11/7/11 sub pop on the 19th of this month and it was 55 cards with not much variety within the sub.... you are still a bit behind my time. Good luck!
