I need help with deleting this msn messenger virus

Some guy came online
Started talking to me
then he just kept saying- ha.....ah.........ha.........ah................. about 20 times, I told him he had a virus
so then I started asking some people if I had the-
ha
ah
ha
ah
ha
ah
ha

virus, and they said yeah, so I told them to exit this so they dont get it

My question is-
How do I get rid of it ?
I'm not sure what it would be listed under
maybe Messenger1324 ?

I need to get this off my messenger cause I have to talk to my uncle tonight at 8:00 pm central time
thats like 3 hours from now

I`m on messenger right now, and nothing is wrong, check msn'S site, they might have something about it and what to do,
