Williams - Yay or Nay?

No.

For one thing, the connection between the "d" and the "W" should have a loop, not be straight.

Thanks, I also noticed the 's' in Williams looks a little off too compared to what I've seen.

That's exactly what I was going to say! I don't have a problem with the "d" to "W" connection, I've seen both loops and straight in legitimate autos. But I've never seen his first name signed like it says "Tied". The T also looks off to me.
