A funny thing happened...

So I was opening an order that came in the mail the other day, and found the one that I was really anticipating.

Excited about the super condition and state of preservation of the newp, I said to the Mrs., "Ohh! Look at this one!"
Immediately and without thought, she asks, " It's not another naked lady coin, is it?"

Lol! Turns out that it was another naked lady coin...

Does anyone else get this kind of reaction from their spouse when trying to share their enthusiasm about a new purchase? (please tell me I'm not the only one!)

No spouse, but my girlfriend refers to every new purchase as "that old spanish coin"

In truth i have to hand it to my ol'lady , she totally encourages my coin collecting even to the point if there's a coin i want and times limited she'll put her hand in her pocket.All fairness though there hasnt been one with naked ladys on as yet , i like that one

For me there is absolutely no interest. The question I get is "how much this time". Unfortunate yet I have similar interest/response when she gets a pair of shoes.
