I need the same answer for an 1819 small 9 Capped Bust quarter. It's in an NGC holder,AU details,improperly cleaned. Cert number is 4071638-005.

I've been watching that coin. Mine has no scratches or damage compared to that coin and more eye appeal. Although "improperly cleaned",I would still give it a solid AU55.Please check the cert number if you have access to the TPG across the street. 4071638-005

I bought one last year, PCGS MS 66, at a coin club auction for the opening bid of $115 and I was the only bidder. I was very pleasantly surprised indeed !
