1935 s/s Buffalo - A little help needed from the variety experts

Ok variety guys.....does this look like the RPM #1 1935 s over s to you?? It has the light die gouge mentioned in the description from Coneca below. I couldn't capture it in a photo but here's the Mintmark. Any opinions are appreciated!
