I thought the joke was the coin is being touted as pirate related yet dated 1877 , the golden age of pirates was 1716-1726 and continued to the last decade of that century.

It is funny, just like I'm sure it would be funny if I tried to list a coin is Spanish. Sorry if I'm not politically correct enough for you.....acutally I'm not, sorry, I really have nothing to be sorry about.
