What is your experience opening factory sets, condition etc?

Just as the title says, just wondering what the general consensus is on factory sets. I am big into 80's football, and wanted to see if anyone has had any luck opening Topps factory sets, and the usual conditions.

It can be a pretty mixed bag. Which of the 80s Topps FB factory sets were you looking at?

Any and all of them, just did not know what type of centering etc to expect from the factory sets.
