OT: Starting A Startup - Advice Opinions Wanted

I know this is off topic, but I've learned a lot from the boards and figured this was a good place for some advice.

I have a new startup that I'm trying to get off the ground and would like some opinions/advice.

It's called Buzzam: http://www.buzz.am

In a nutshell, it's a personalized radio station. It will integrate your iTunes/Pandora/Spotify/WhateverMusicSource with news, sports, weather, traffic, etc. The app (which will be available for iOS & Android) will be aware of your activity - did you just wake up, are you running, are you driving, are you at work, etc and serve content based on your preferences while in the middle of that activity. There will also be a desktop version that just won't have the activity aware part.

There is a demo on the site that is way better at explaining than I can in a post.

We've applied to an accelerator and are getting some attention, but they haven't made their final decision. I know signups to the site would be big, but can you think of any other ideas to help push us over the top - or get the attention of other investors.

We've been working on this for just over a year, have all the patents, we're a long way on development, just started adding content to the blog, etc.

Any help, advice is greatly appreciated. And even if you don't have any advice, I do know signing up for updates will help us out so if you think it's cool, signup, post to twitter, whatever. If you think it sucks, please let us know by posting on Google+ image

For real though, I'm looking for any help. I think it could be big and I don't want to leave any stone unturned that could help get us over the hump.
