Heads up- Heritage problems

Hi all,
I made my first purchase with Heritage on Sunday and Wednesday. It was pretty fun. However, there seem to be issues paying for the merchandise. I paid via PayPal and the transaction completed, but I haven't received credit for the payment on invoices. I called customer service and they are very courteous and professional. It looks like the root cause is that they moved to a new system or systems at the beginning of this year and they are having a lot of issues with it. So I sense it may be a while before my payment gets credited and I get my coins. I'm not sure if it affects non-PayPal payments. I'm not worried about it, but did want to give you heads up on it in case you run into the same issue.
Overall I like the website. It's a bummer living in Texas though...get slapped with 8.5% tax on invoices under $1000.

I was going to say something similar. Whenever I pick up and pay at shows, my account will say for quite some time that I have not paid my invoice yet. Nothing to worry about. Give it a few days and it should reflect your payment.
