Its a rarer counterstamp from E.Stillman who was from Brookfield NY. E. Stillman and his brother got an army contract to produce muskets. According to Rulau he produced 500 muskets in 1803 and then later in 1808 received another contract to produce 2200 more. Early counterstamps are always sought after by collectors in that series as well as it being on an early Large Cent. These factors Im sure make this a more valuable countermark than some other later, more common issues.

As a note, this stamp is known on large cents, 2 reales and 1 reales. All are quite rare.
