1786 Mexico FF 2 reales-How Scarce?

Does anyone in the 2 Reales (Mexico) community have an idea how tough these are?

Ok, let me ask the question in another way. Does anyone have opinions/comments reflecting the huge price difference in the Krause catalogue concerning Mexico 2 Reales dated 1786......between assayers FF and FM? I know it is much more difficult to locate the FF assayer but do these actively trade/sell at premiums?

    Thanks.

Just from what I see on ebay I don't see the FF assayer mark for 1786 Mexico 2 reales (which I think is a basic date for the type) going for a premium--or at least that much of a premium--over the FM assayer mark. But I may just not have been paying attention. Could be one of those things that specialists would notice and jump on (kind of like rare varieties of otherwise common U.S type coins). Hopefully a Spanish Colonial reales expert will weigh in.
