Question about submissions...

Hi All,

I have a question about submissions. I am reading through the rules and FAQ and I see that for each submission, one can only submit one type (RAW, Crossover, Regrade, Reholder, etc) and at one service level (economy, regular, express, etc). My question is, can I ship multiple submissions, say a bunch of RAW coins at Economy level, some re-holders, and some crossovers at Express level in the same box? I would of course separate all the coins nicely, order them according to the submission form and keep the submission form attached to each group of coins.

Obviously this would save me a lot in shipping costs. I just want to confirm that this is ok.

Yes, you can package and send all your coins, for the different submission types, to PCGS in the same package.
Unfortunately PCGS will then mail each submission back separately.....PCGS still needs to figure out how to
satisfy customers who would like their entire submission returned in one package to cut down on shipping costs
  • I hear they have a new Address just outside of DC. I will PM you the address and would advise shipping them directly there. At the new address they will be more than happy to take them as a group image

Thanks STONE, that's what I figured. At least it helps cut down the cost one way.
