Reserve price at major auction houses question

Having never bid on a coin with a reserve that wasn't exceeded early, I have a question now that I am the lead (but below reserve) bidder on a coin in the upcoming Stack's auction. I assume that the reserve price does not include the BP. In other words, if the Reserve is $10,000, someone would have to bid $10,000 to meet the reserve and end up paying $11,500 with the BP. Correct? Or would a bid of $8750 ($10,062.50 with BP) meet the reserve?
Thanks,
Thanks,
